Brief: Through his coaching practice, blog, YouTube channel, and podcast, Denzel brings psychological type into practical conversations about identity, intimacy, emotional growth, and human connection. He has also appeared as a guest on the Personality Hacker podcast and speaks on deeper Jungian topics such as John Beebe’s eight-function model and the developmental importance of the fifth function.
Bio: Denzel Mensah is a certified life, personal-development, and relationship coach who uses Jungian typology to help people deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and grow beyond personality-type stereotypes. Trained in life coaching and Personality Hacker’s profiler program, he has spent years exploring and teaching cognitive functions, ENFJ development, communication, individuation, and the integration of less-conscious aspects of the personality.
