Session 6: Stabilizer Essential Motivator Strengths to Navigate a BANI World
NOTE DATE CHANGE THIS MONTH ONLY
THURSDAY, August 20th 6-7:30 PM ET, 5-6:30 PM CT, 4-5:30 PM MT, 3-4:30 PM PT
facilitated by Rebecca Sarver
Ph.D., Interdisciplinary Studies, Ethical & Creative Leadership Concentration; M.Ed.,
MBTI® certified; Berens CORE™ Certifications for Interaction Styles, Essential Motivators (Temperament), and Cognitive Dynamics
This PTC aims to explore how a response to BANI, an internationally-used framework, can be enhanced by overlaying psychological type preferences, starting with Temperament/Essential Motivators. Meeting monthly on the third Wednesday of every month (Thursday this month), this PTC is open to all current APTI members at no additional charge.
Each month we focus on a different Essential Motivator; we have covered Rational and Theorist, and this month we continue with Stabilizer. You don't have to be a Stabilizer to participate! We often interact with people of different Essential Motivator patterns so this session is helpful for everyone! You’ll leave with a new understanding of how people with an Stabilizer Essential Motivator Type might navigate our BANI world by creating their version of the BANI+ model for coping with disruptions in modern life.
The goal of the Psychological Type Community model is to create a sense of community where people get to know each other better through discussions. Sessions will be recorded. However, you will benefit most by participating in the live online sessions.
