Inner Allies: Using Personality Type, Visualization and Play to Solve Real Life Problems

Date: August 19

Led by: Matt Sherman (INFP)

8:30 pm ET, 7:30 pm CT, 6:30 pm MT, 5:30 pm PT (August 20 at 9:30 am Tokyo time) -  90 minute presentation

BriefJoin Matt Sherman of Geek Psychology for a playful, experiential workshop on using personality type as a map for inner growth. Through guided reflection, visualization, and character-building, you’ll turn one of your cognitive functions into an imaginative “inner ally” and ask it for help with a real-life issue. This session blends Jungian type, geek culture, and creative self-development into a practical 90-minute experience. Matt will also touch on related techniques, including the use of hypnosis, and his experience growing and managing a thriving online type community.

BioMatt is a personality type coach and hypnotist at Geek Psychology. He writes, creates for YouTube, and hosts a community around personality type, self-development, and geek culture, mainly for those with INFP preferences. He and his family live in Tokyo, Japan. See more at www.geekpsychology.com.
