Strength-Based Depth Coaching Using Personality Type

Date: June 6

Led by: Jan-Petter Skullerud (ENFP)

Executive Coach

12:30 pm Eastern time (9:30 am Pacific, 6:30 pm Central European time) -  90 minute presentation

Goal: Participants will leave with a richer understanding of using type for coaching conversations, leadership development, team dynamics, and personal reflection.

BriefThis workshop explores the use of type, type dynamics, and type development as powerful tools for leadership development and life coaching. In Scandinavia, we often work from a strengths-based tradition: what we nurture, grows. Before inviting change, we must first offer recognition. People soften when they feel seen, not when they feel corrected. And development does not mean becoming another type. It means becoming a fuller version of your own type. Thus, our method, strengths-based depth coaching:
1. See strengths first
2. Build rapport second
3. Development third
When all steps are in place, depth coaching allows us to explore and shift underlying patterns.
