Type and Peak Experiences

Join us at the intersection of two powerful personal development tools: MBTI® and CLARITY5. The MBTI framework offers a meaningful lens through which to reflect on key moments in life — an essential dimension of the CLARITY5 system.
This engaging program will provide a brief introduction to CLARITY5 and highlight the value of exploring peak experiences as pathways to deeper self-understanding. The presenters have successfully used this model with personality type groups in interactive workshop settings. Participants will be invited to reflect on the relationship between their own peak experiences and their personality type.

Bios:
Marilyn and Roger have worked with the Clarity 5 model and psychological type for the last 30 years. Marilyn is a leader coach and leadership development facilitator, working with government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations. She has helped organizations align their strategic goals to leadership development needs. Psychological type has been central to her work with individuals and teams.
Roger has been a coach and organizational talent management consultant for 30 years. He has been working with psychological type since 1978. He has researched and published widely on type and leadership.
